 The below is a minimal example of the elements needed in the file upload BeyondForm:

 Workflow 

 This is an example workflow that can be imported and modified to suit your desired integration: File Upload Workflow 

 The only activity that needs modification is the ZenQL Statements activity: 

 Fig 4: ZenQL Activity 

 Modify the SQL to point at your desired table and replace the field names with the appropriate field names coming from your csv file.
